Replenish Workshops

Our Saturday afternoon Replenish Yoga workshops aim to boost mood and strengthen and tone the body: a perfect mind/body tonic! Running every few weeks on Saturdays, from 2.30-4.15pm, the sessions start with more dynamic postures and sequences, ending with deliciously relaxing Restorative Yoga postures, where we use bolsters and eye pillows to soothe and invite deep rest. Important: you should be able to get on and off the floor with ease.
